Isaac Timothy Pann May 24th 2013. 5lb4oz. Lived for 4 hours.

Isaac was diagnosed T18 at 13 weeks. We chose to carry him to term and were blessed with 4 beautiful hours. During his short life he met his brother and sister Lucy and Simon, his grandparents, aunts and uncles. He was baptized by our family priest and received so much love. We miss him dearly but were so blessed to have been his family for his short time on earth.
